Anna and I are at home today with a Spring Bug of some sort. I came home yesterday not feeling tip top, and sure enough lost "my cookies." Later in the evening shortly after Anna went to bed I hear Eric swing open the door and sure enough my precious little Anna was doing the same mama did earlier. I am so blessed to have Eric, he has such a stong stomach: #1 He is able to clean up let's just say not so appealing things, and #2 He rarely get sick himself!
As for today, Anna announced at 1:00 she was bored, and then looked to me and said, "What does bored mean?" I respond that it means you feel you don't have anything to do. She accepted that and decided to get out a puzzle. I then decided to shoot a photo for the blog, and for the past 30 min. Anna has been engrossed with the camera and taking pictures. Thank goodness for digital! I will post some of her work in a future blog. Chicken Noodle Soup and Sprite are such a sickie's food and sure enough that is what Anna and I dined on for lunch, I don't think the Chili Dogs I was planning to make for dinner are going to hit the spot for either one of us. If you know me I'm very anel at times, and mealtime is one of them. Working a full-time job I like to think I'm on top of everything, but I do doubt myself at times. That is why I buy groceries once every two weeks and have an extremely planned out menu each and every night? OK it works 99% of the time, and tonight is going to be the 1% that I don't see it happening. Chili Dogs in a Spring Bug Stomach aren't going to work. I'm sure Anna and I can always have a piece of toast.
