Day One of a Exercise TALKER

I just returned from the Y, after taking my first ever Step Class, OK I didn't take the whole class I skipped out on 1 1/2 songs so I could "take pictures" for the instructor's. I continue to realize how much easier it was when I exercised and didn't realize I was exercising?!?! Very excited of my accomplishment today, I shared with Eric that I actually had a SWEAT LATHER on my back, unbelievable for a women whom does not think she never sweats! I am what I believe to be an exercise "talker" this is a person who can tell others what to do but doesn't do it herself. At a Y meeting this week, we discussed a new concept the National Y has developed called Activate America and specifically at the meeting was reminded to not just talk the talk but walk the talk. I've heard this for years!!!! SO.... today is day one, and tomorrow will be day two. I am taking it one day at a time, knowing it will become a habit and get easier each time I engage.

As I promised here are pictures by my dear little Anna Lucille, photographer, on the verge of become famous saw threw the lense. Enjoy! The Rowell Girls are better, the flu bug has left the building!
