HOPE

This morning at church our pastor gave a fantastic sermon on HOPE. I'm not one to recite word for word what he said but in a few short words I learned. That,
"We make our decisions and our decisions make us."
Romans 5:3-5
Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perserverance; perserverance, character, and character, hope. and hope does not dissapoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.

During these challenging times for so many we must see past the now and remind ourselves that eternity is coming. What John(our pastor) said today makes me believe that this all will pass and new days lie ahead. We must continue to march onward, believing that we will persavere(SP?).

I prey for those families that are faced with difficult times weather it be: a lay off, an addiction, marital problems, or not knowing the lord. And that with HOPE all things are possible.

Before President Obama was elected, during his early days in Iowa HOPE was at the forefront of his entire campaign.
