Report on the Cancun Trip

I have safely reurned from my four day / three night FREE all-inclusive trip to Cancun and I must say it was a very relaxing trip for me. My only "goal" for this trip was to catch a few rays of sun, RELAX, read a good book, RELAX, see a few sights, and did I mention RELAX! I did all of the above, and must say Cancun is extremely Commercialized. If you haven't been there sure I would recommend the all inclusive resort with unlimited food and drink, on the beach with 5 swimming pools over looking the Sea if your looking for a little fun in the sun! I must say I'm not sure if I feel the need to ever return to Cancun, there are other islands in the Carribean I would like to experience and I would love to share them with my husband! The trip was very nice and I needed a break from my everyday life to get me refocused. Like I mentioned in my last blog if it weren't for my good friend Kellie I wouldn't have been on the trip. Kellie only had one request of me and that was I go snorkling with her so on Thursday we headed off to a "private beach" along with 6 others we snorkled for 1 1/2 hours the fish were great but some of the coral had been distroyed. We had a nice Mexican lunch at the snorkling companies resort along with a couple "glasses" of Mexican Beer. Friday we took a boat ride for about 30 min. to another island called Isla Muehreles for some bargin shopping. Then back to the hotel for alittle R & R. Like I mentioned the food was GREAT, and the Mango Daquiri's were even better. I was ready to come home and see my family. Eric did a great job holding the fort down while I was gone. Here are a few pictures Enjoy!

Well looks like you accomplished your goal but funny how we all go away and can't wait...only to long for the comfort of our family and friends back home. At least yesterday was a good day..sorry today is gloomy...makes that beach look a lot nicer now doesn't it? Glad you returned safely.
