Friends

Over this past week we have spent some quality time with Anna's best friend, Viktoria. Anna and Viktoria became friends when they were 3 years old and in the same class at the Y day care. They spend two years together their before heading off to seperate Elementary Schools. However, they have stayed in contact with each other because both girls have little brothers that are currently 3 and in the same class at the Y. OVer the past two years Anna and Viktoria have attended each other's b-day parties, gone to the movies together and earlier this summer started having sleep overs. Well, this little story of friendship is coming to an end, as Viktoria Manidottier and her family are leaving to move back home to Iceland tomorrow. Viktoria's, father has just finished his studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic therefore their entire family will be leaving the QC and the USA. I believe Anna to be alittle sad that her friend is leaving but both Eric and I have continued to tell Anna that as she and Viktoria get older if they stay in touch as "penpals" we will go visit her one day. We have enjoyed learning about Iceland and getting to know their family we wish Magni, Hilder, Viktoria, Lukas, and baby Youger all the best in their lives back home in Iceland! I'll post some pictures of the girls later this evening.
