I assume many of you that read this blog are parents? And therefore you want to teach your children responsibility. So, even at the young age of 3 we have been teaching Jude to dress himself, put his own shoes on, and brush his teeth. Well, a few nights ago we recommended to Jude that he apply his own lotion after getting out of the tub. Let's just say Jude mastered doing it on his own, the only problem is neither Eric nor I were watching him and he "bathed himself in the lotion!" I couldn't help but take a picture of him, he was so cute and innocent. He got a towel when I explaind to him that he didn't need quiet that much and wiped some of the lotion off. He is so sweet, ya just gotta love him to pieces!

That is hilarious! My girls are notorious for pulling all kinds of stunts with lotion. Including rubbing Desitin all over their upper body. Try getting that stuff off. It's waterproof!
BTW, I've been reading your posts in a reader and didn't realize you had a new header. That is a beautiful photo! Love the new look!
