Off to CAMP Grandma

Eric took Anna to met my mom this afternoon. Anna is officially off to CAMP GRANDMA for 4 days. For those of you that don't know Camp Grandma is in it's second offical year. My sister sent her oldest daughter last year for 3-4 days where my mom programmed the heck out of every min. she was there. From cooking, swimming, sewing, weeding the garden, and just plain "bieng a kid" these are a few of the many activities my mother has planned. I spoke to mom after they got back to her house and she said Anna and Camrie (my niece) talked the entire trip back to her house in Keokuk. I really am excited for Anna to spend some time alone with my mom and I know she is xtremely excited to spend time with her most favorite cousin in the whole wide world! It really stinks sometime living four hours away from your only sister and her family. But I can't complain we could be futher! So.... I must say it will be different in the house without our little princess, the BOY (Jude) sat down at the dinner table tonight and wanted to know where Anna was and proceeded to say in his dinner prayer that he wanted Anna to make it home safely. It will be interesting to see how he gets along without her, they have never been apart. AND Anna has never slept away from home without Eric or I before? I'll keep you posted. MY little girl is growing up, I know I will miss her but until Thursday I just prey that she really enjoys herself with my mom and her cousin.
